enjoy a warm and festive get-together. Wednesday, January 6th, 6pm -- The School Of Politics presents Politics and the 9/11 Trials with Andrew McCarthy.. As an Assistant United States Attorney in the Southern District of New York, Mr. McCarthy led the 1995 prosecution against terrorist organization of the "Blind Sheikh" (Omar Abdel Rahman) for bombing the World Trade Center and plotting to bomb New York City Landmarks. He will discuss the implications of the upcoming trials in New York City. CANCELLED

meet the author Charles Gasparino...
A former writer covering Wall Street,
pension funds, mutual funds and regulatory issues and breaking news on
some of the biggest financial scandals of recent times for The Wall
Street Journal, Mr. Gasparino was nominated for the Pulitzer Prize in
beat reporting in 2002 and won the New York Press Club award for best
continuing coverage of the Wall Street research scandals.
He is the author of his third book in six
years titled "The Sellout" about the sub-prime debt crisis, its impact
on the economy and the financial markets.
